MY ADDRESS IS NOT ACCEPTED BUT IT IS CORRECT
Unfortunately, at the moment some addresses, even though they are correct, continue to receive the message that they are incorrect. You cannot then continue ordering. We are working hard to find the cause so that we can solve this.
If you receive this message, you can still order by doing the following:
- enter 'shipping costs' in the search function or click on the correct link below
- If you have a package, choose shipping costs package and if you have a letterbox package, choose shipping costs letterbox package .
- then choose the pick-up option. Then you avoid the problem of the address not being accepted.
If we see the shipping costs in the shopping cart, we know that we just have to send the order and that you will not pick it up.
