Exchanges & returns

You may indicate within 14 days whether and which products will be returned. After the return notification, you have 14 days to return your order.

- The item must be unused and undamaged.
- A return will only be accepted and credited if it meets the conditions stated above.

The shipping costs for returning the items in question are at your own expense. I recommend that you send the product(s) with a track & trace code, so that there is no uncertainty about whether or not the returned products will arrive.
As soon as I have received the return shipment (in accordance with the conditions stated above), I will credit the amount of the products within 5 days.

If you return the order without postage, I am forced to charge a fee of €12.50.

If you want to exchange a product, you can return the current product and you must place a new order with the product you would like to receive.

If your product shows (unexpected) defects, please contact me. Then I try to find a suitable solution.
