Please check the address you provided and now in your order confirmation is correct! If you provide an incorrect address and the package is incorrectly delivered or returned, the shipping costs for resending will be at your own expense. Even if you want to cancel your order because it has been returned and you want to receive the amount of your order back, the shipping costs already incurred will not be refunded, but only the amount of the products.

Many of our items can be sent as a letterbox package. Mailbox rates are charged for this.
For orders that do not fit in the letterbox or are too heavy, you pay the parcel rate, because they are sent as a package.

Unfortunately, your order will become a package from 1 roll of gift wrapping paper, because it can no longer be placed in the letterbox.

In the months of November and December, the postal service charges a 'busy surcharge' of €0.25 per package, which will be passed on.

Send with stamps

If you want something small and light to be sent, I can imagine that you would find it a shame to pay shipping costs for a letterbox package.
You can send your order with stamps if your complete order, including packaging, weighs less than 100 grams. If I send your order with stamps, I no longer have insight into where your order is or whether it has arrived. The risk of sending with stamps is yours!

You order via the site and choose the pick-up option, so you do not have to pay shipping costs. Then state in the comments section that you would like your order sent with stamps. As soon as your order has been received, you will see how many stamps needed to be placed on it and you can transfer that amount to:
NL 24 INGB 0007 2455 85, stating: shipping costs and your order number.

You only pay the shipping costs afterwards, once you have received your order!

To take off

If you want to pick up the package, you can choose the pick-up option. Of course, no shipping costs will be charged.

Collection is possible on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The time at which you want to pick up your order is always in consultation.
